Our Company

Originally founded by John W. Lubinski in February of 1999 in Stow OH, County Fire Protection Inc was then known as “Summit County Fire Protection”.  As our customer base grew well outside of immediate area and outside the State of Ohio, the name was changed to County Fire Protection Inc. to reflect our ever expanding service area. 

Reflective of growth, the company moved to Tallmadge in 2001, purchased 5400 sq ft facility on Geneva Ave in 2003, and opened the Toledo, OH facility as well.

The company currently resides in Tallmadge but is slated to move to 12,000 sq ft facility in the 3rd Quarter of 2008.

Since its inception County Fire Protection Inc added a wide range of services to our capabilities beyond fire extinguisher service to include: Fire Alarms, Sprinkler / Fire Pumps, Exit Emergency lights, Fire Dept Ground Ladder Testing,  DOT Hydrostatic testing, FM200/Halon/CO2 systems, Security/Access Controls and opened a Marine Division.

Our State Licensed and highly trained service technicians are available 24Hrs/356days yr to meet all customer needs professionally and cost effectively.

County Fire Protection Inc is a proud distributor of the following products: Pyrochem, Amerex, Buckeye, Fire-Trace, Task Force Tips as well as others.
